Job Summary :
The Logistics Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating the shipment processes and ensuring compliance with Saudi customs regulations. The officer also oversees shipment tracking, customs clearance documentation, and coordination with suppliers and service providers.
Additionally, handle stock movement and delivery processes in ERP systems.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or related field.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Saudi customs regulations.
- Experience in shipment documentation (Air, Sea, and Land) and clearance procedures.
- Experience in SABER platform
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Roles, responsibilities, and duties:
- Assist in import, export, and customs clearance processes.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, and transporters.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates in ERP systems.
- Support daily logistics and delivery operations as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
