Job Description:
Job Summary: We seek a dedicated HR Specialist to support and oversee various human resource functions. The role involves preparing compensation and benefits packages, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews; provide reports to department managers.
- Review resumes, perform reference checks, and assess candidates based on departmental needs.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Address workplace concerns, complaints, and disciplinary matters.
- Prepare and process HR-related documentation and reports.
- Manage documentation for expatriate recruitment, including contracts, offer letters, and government formalities in compliance with labor laws.
- Issue employment contracts and official documentation for new hires (IDs, certificates, etc.).
- Prepare payroll and overtime reports.
- Track and follow up on employee annual increments.
Key Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI, and Qiwa, etc.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in HR or a related role.
