Job Summary:
The HR Specialist is primarily responsible for payroll administration using SAP systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation. The role supports core HR functions while ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI regulations, Qiwa, Mudad, and company policies, and maintaining accurate employee and payroll data within SAP.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in HR administration with a strong focus on payroll processing using SAP.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Practical working knowledge of SAP HCM / SAP Payroll.
- Experience in maintaining employee master data, payroll, and organizational data in SAP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and immigration regulations.
- Experience in payroll preparation, validation, and reconciliation.
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Roles, responsibilities, and authorities:
- Prepare, process, and validate monthly payroll using SAP, including salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and adjustments.
- Maintain and update employee master data and payroll-related infotypes in SAP.
- Ensure payroll processing complies with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI regulations, Qiwa, Mudad, and company policies.
- Process overtime, leave balances, attendance data, and salary adjustments within SAP.
- Follow up on annual salary increments, promotions, and payroll changes and reflect them accurately in SAP.
- Prepare payroll control reports and reconciliations from SAP for HR and Finance departments.
- Support onboarding and offboarding payroll activities, including final settlements and end-of-service benefits processed through SAP.
- Coordinate with Finance and government entities regarding payroll-related requirements, including GOSI updates and reporting.
- Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies using SAP data and reports.
- Support HR administrative tasks while maintaining payroll as the primary functional responsibility.
